ABOUT OGNI
Ogni offers a culinary experience that beautifully weaves together the modern Australian story with South and Southeast Asian heritage.
Our contemporary cuisine is a delightful fusion of vibrant spices, herbs, and textures, carefully selected to excite the senses and tantalise the taste buds.
Our focus on smoke and fire elevates the dining experience, adding depth and richness to our dishes. Our share plate approach, with bold flavours and a hint of elegance, is perfect for those seeking a sophisticated dining experience.
WHO WE ARE
By joining the Ogni team, you will collaborate with Masterchef ex-alumni chefs Sarah and Rashedul, each bringing their unique culinary expertise to the table.
Sarah's passion lies with spicy, savoury, sour, sweet, and textural joys of Southeast and South Asian food, which she shares through her best-selling cookbooks, events, masterclasses, and catering.
Rashedul is our dessert guru, crafting exceptional desserts with modern techniques and the mind behind the creative cocktail menu at Ogni. He loves cooking with fire and smoke and his in-depth knowledge in South Asian flavours forages formidable partnership with Sarah shaping OGNI menu.
They both have a strong track record of managing successful teams!
