The Opportunity
We are on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager to take control of all aspects of business operations of their Bundaberg restaurant. We are looking for an inspiring leader, an energetic team player and a person who can cultivate the best in house experience for customers.
The ideal Candidate
- Has exceptional communication skills
- Proven experience in leading and inspiring a large team within a busy restaurant environment
- Understanding of KPI’s, cost of goods and business operations
- $75,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation
- Lots of support from the Area Manager and Operations Manager who live in the Wide Bay region
- International career opportunities should you aspire to relocate
- Quarterly bonuses commensurate with performance and business profitability
