About the Role
Are you ready to lead an exceptional culinary experience? As the Restaurant Manager, you will helm the strategic and operational management of our modern Australian cuisine and extensive beverage selections. Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, your role demands a blend of strategic insight and hands-on involvement to ensure consistent excellence.
This full-time, permanent opportunity invites individuals seeking a remarkable lifestyle change – relocating to our staff village on the island. We seek a candidate driven by a passion for exceptional service standards, fine cuisine, and exquisite wines. Your authentic leadership style, coupled with a proven track record in driving performance and revenue, will be instrumental in excelling in this role.

Requirements
- Proven experience in operational and strategic F&B management
- Successful management of diverse F&B services
- Proficiency in stock control, revenue analysis, and promotions
- Current Queensland RSA certificate with strong knowledge in wines, barista coffee, and cocktails
- Authorization to live and work in Australia
