About you;
- Highly experienced in a similar role
- Strong food & beverage knowledge
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate your team
- Exposure to rostering, ordering and stock take
- Experience with till operations, balancing and end of day reconciliation
- Passionate and motivated team player with a "CAN DO" attitude
- Career focused with proven longevity in previous employment
- Flexible attitude to work
- You have a hands-on approach, someone who is not scared to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty
- You must be ambitious, willing to learn and improve yourself and the business constantly
- You will be working closely with the General Manager and communication is your strength
