We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment.
Responsibilities include:
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including but nor limited to: staffing, inventory management and customer satisfaction.
•Recruit, train and manage staff members to uphold the highest standards of service.
•Maintain a clean and organised environment that complied with health and safety regulations.
•Handle customer enquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
•Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
•Monitor and control operating costs to meet budgetary goals.
Requirements:
•Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
•Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
•Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
