AddressComing Soon – July 2024: Amatrice Cremorne, a slick Italian rooftop restaurant with city skyline views and ground floor cafe slinging coffees, pasta and panini. The restaurant will have some of Melbourne’s best views across the MCG to the CBD, with a glasshouse conservatory for all-season dining. The café will host an outpost of Stefanino Panino in a beautiful space with 6m ceilings.
About us
Amatrice is the creation of two Melbourne restaurateurs – Dave Parker (San Telmo, Pastuso, Palermo, Asado, Robata, Neptune Food & Wine) and Alex Brawn (owner of shore-side Williamstown diner Sebastian). Amatrice Cremorne is the first in a planned group of Italian restaurants and bars by the duo.
About the role
With growth comes exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the front of house operations of this landmark new rooftop restaurant. Working closely with the Head Chef and Venue Manager to deliver an experience worthy of consideration amongst Melbourne’s most renowned hospitality venues.
