As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest esxperiences, and help shape the culture of the team and ensuring operational excellence in accordance to direction from senior Director.s

Here's a few key things we will be looking for, someone who:
loves people, food, cocktails and wine, a knowledge of Greek food & Bev a bonus of course (not essential)
is humble, hardworking and loves being part of a team
gets a real kick out of the hospo hustle
has at least 2 years experience in a leadership role
thrives on meeting business targets through managing rostering and stock control
loves an input in menu development- help develop, collaborate and implement changes
Fosters positivie relationships with guests, addressing feedback and resolves any issues promptly
is obsessed with customer service & especially team culture
Stays informed with trends and can orchestrate innovative ideas
Has experience in Rostering systems
Bepoz POS exeprience
Wowapps or similar reservations diary
