The successful candidate will be offered $70,000 basesalary + superannuation.

Jad (Australia) Pty Ltd operates Mimi’s Pantry, asuccessful Mediterranean cuisine restaurant that combines an Aussie menu withthe energetic fast pace of the time honoured European brasserie. We are lookingfor a qualified and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead by example our frontof house staff. The roll is full time and includes, day, night and weekendshifts.
Main duties and responsibilities:
· Operational Leadership
o Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure seamlessand efficient service.
o Supervise and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment.
o Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain highstandards.
o Planning menus in consultation with Chefs and Kitchen staff
o Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
o Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
o Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and areclean, functional and of suitable appearance
o Managing rostering and scheduling of restaurant staff
· Customer Service
o Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded.
o Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
o Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, encouraging repeat business.
o May take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders
· Financial Management:
o Manage budgetary goals, including cost control and revenue enhancement.
o Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to optimizecosts.
o Implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintainingquality.
· Staff Development:
o Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
o Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructivefeedback.
o Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among staff.
· Marketing and Promotion:
o Planning and organising special functions or promotional activites
o Collaborate with teams to develop and implement promotionalactivities.
o Identify opportunities to enhance the restaurant's visibility andattract new customers.
o Stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Education and Experience:
- Qualification in Hospitality or a related field (preferred) or minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management.
