Le Petit Chateau Restaurant is currently looking for an experienced Restaurant manager for a permanent, full time position – 38 hours per week.

Salary: $70,000 plus superannuation
The appropriate candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Restaurant managerial role undertaking the duties set out below.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
· Developing menus in collaboration with chefs
· Coordinating and managing special events
· Overseeing procurement and pricing of supplies within budget constraints
· Keeping track of inventory levels and financial transactions
· Ensuring dining areas meet health standards and maintain cleanliness and aesthetics
· Engaging with patrons to evaluate their satisfaction with meals and service
· Recruiting, training, and overseeing waitstaff and kitchen personnel
· Budget Management
· Creating staff rosters
· Recruiting, training and supervising staff
· Possibly handling reservations, welcoming guests, and aiding in order-taking
· Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety regulations.
