We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager to join our team. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and self driven.
Must have at least 5 years experience with high level of motivation and dedication to be able to lead and develop our current working team.
Your duties include:
Running of daily operations
Creating profitable promotions and events to attract customers
Managing stock levels of venue and liaise with suppliers.
Creating rosters in accordance with budget and ability to self manage floor staff.
Liaise with chef in menu planning.
Annual Salary $75,000
