AddressRampage Retail Pty Ltd (leading bp franchise) is seeking a driven and results-oriented Restaurant Manager for our Roadhaven restaurant at bp Beresfield, that encourages and drives a ‘Food & Service’ culture within their team with a strong personal desire to succeed.
The role is for a dedicated person that has a true flair for service with a passion for food quality & customer satisfaction.
This role offers you the opportunity to utilize your knowledge of customer service & food to lead a team in delivering a unique and personal experience.
This position reports directly to the Site Manager.
Full training, both online and hands on, and support with this role will be provided by the Site Manager and Restaurant Operations Team.
This position does require the successful candidate to be available for alternate weekends as required, school holidays and across both morning & afternoon shifts.
This position can offer some flexibility around personal circumstances for the right candidates.
The successful applicant will be:
- Experienced in general operations of a restaurant,
- Focused on driving sales,
- Ensuring high food quality standards
- Proficient in food safety and control standards,
- Experience in labour controls and rostering beneficial.
This will be achieved by
- Following and enforcing company implemented standards, procedures, polices and direction,
- Guiding and encouraging the team around you,
- Compliance with food handling laws,
- Assisting with providing and embracing a positive workplace culture,
- Leading by example with a positive can-do attitude.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Ensuring the kitchen and restaurant operation complies with all OHS/HSSE/Food and health requirements and passing all related inspections.
- Providing assistance to the Site Manager to ensure labour control targets are meet.
- Striving to achieve company set KPI's such as Cogs & waste controls.
- Stock control, ordering & invoice processing using an online inventory management system.
- Leading your team to deliver high service experience across the restaurant.
- Assisting the Site Manager with recruiting of staff when required.
- Building and maintaining relationships with staff and management.
