Isoletta is seeking hospitality professionals with a high level of customer service and exceptional leadership to run its flagship restaurant and bar.
The newly established 120-seater restaurant with an adjoining Wine Bar and lounge, seeks a manager with exceptional service and a professional approach to deliver the food and beverage program to its distinguished clients and guests.
Our clients and guests come to us from all over Western Australia not only for our extensive wine selection, but also for our reputation for exceptional food and high levels of customer service in both a la carte dining.
The successful applicants must be able to oversee, plan and operate all aspects of a busy, multi-use venue, including service, planning, rostering, training, budgeting, recruitment and implementation of growth strategies as guided by the Board of the company.
The successful applicants must bring an extensive background of hospitality knowledge and exceptional service along with fine wine experience to our clients, across all aspects of the business.
As a member of this hardworking and cohesive team, the group will provide the support and opportunity to broaden their knowledge, create new experiences and assist in the execution of exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hands-on management, delivering excellent customer service through effective communication, shown leadership with innovative sales techniques and good product knowledge.
- Consulting and co-ordinating with FOH, BOH, and kitchen as well as fellow service managers to provide smooth and efficient service to our customers
- Management of the property and venue in accordance with the directives, policies and procedures of the company as advised, amended or introduced from time to time
- Management of the venue in compliance with all relevant laws, legislation, regulations and venue procedures.
- Working with senior management to achieve budgeted goals
- Implement training and development strategies for staff and senior management to maintain the expected high level of customer service.
- Develop and implement FOH service procedures to maintain a high and consistent level of customer service.
- Report directly to the board on all aspects of venue management
- Building relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication in person, online and over the phone.
The successful applicant will have:
- At least 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
- Provide any relevant qualifications or training certificates.
- A valid Approved Managers card must be obtained in Western Australia prior to commencement.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients, patrons and staff.
- Excellent customer service skills with a charismatic ability to influence and negotiate successfully.
- Professional personal presentation.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems,
- Work effectively and efficiently with the ability to give and receive direction.
- Ability to work under pressure and have preventative action management skills and conflict resolution skill’s
- A positive, flexible and determined attitude to work and service
