The Role
As our Restaurant Manager you will assist the Operations Manager in all aspects of Front of House operations across a Restaurant and Rooftop Bar, your responsibilities will be training and mentoring the team on new techniques and procedures and leading the team.
About You
1 Year experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of cocktails, wine and beer preferred but not essential.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and mentor a team.
Excellent organisational and time management ability to handle multiple priorities effectively including coordinating with the Kitchen staff.
Keen eye for detail and a passion for great service.
RSA essential.
