We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with a creative mindset and experience working in busy venues to be part of our team in our Restaurant, Rooftop Bar and Functions Space.
The Role
As our Restaurant Manager you will assist the Operations Manager in all aspects of Front of House operations across a Restaurant and Rooftop Bar, your responsibilities will be training and mentoring the team on new techniques and procedures and leading the team.
About You
1 Year experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of cocktails, wine and beer preferred but not essential.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and mentor a team.
Excellent organisational and time management ability to handle multiple priorities effectively including coordinating with the Kitchen staff.
Keen eye for detail and a passion for great service.
RSA essential.
RMLV Preferred but not essential.
Approved Managers Preferred but not essential.
