The role:
- Responding to water and mould damage emergencies to both commercial and residential.
- Liasing with clients.
- Water extraction.
- Mould remediation / structural drying.
- Usage of specialised restoration equipment.
- WHS standards related to industry.
- Heavy lifting.
About you:
- IICRC qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Experience as a Restoration Technician is a must.
- Experience in carpet laying, the building industry, remediation works, bond cleaning or trade background is highly regarded.
- Strong customer service skills - this company prides themselves on ensuring 100% satisfaction and restoration.
- Willing to travel for work.
- Respond to after hours and weekend work.
- Valid driver's license.
- Police check will be required .
