We are searching for enthusiastic and self-motivated brand ambassadors to join us at our brand new Cosmic Cookware retail stores & pop up locations within Melbourne. This role will report directly to the Retail Area Manager.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years minimum experience in the retail industry.
- Ready to work in a busy and fast paced environment
- Understanding and passionate about premium customer service
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Professional and neatly presented, proactive and organized.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time and have strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent rapport with customers & team members
- Mandarin as a second language is a plus!
JOB DUTIES
- Drive sales & motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures, including but not limited to clean and tidy storefronts, neat and tidy displayed products etc.
- Responsible for receiving, processing and safekeeping of inventory, in-store promotional merchandise or assets.
- Participate in weekly / monthly stock counts for the store to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Process customers’ payments using Point of Sale (POS) system in store and ensure accurate recording of all sales transactions as well as safekeeping of all cash transactions if any.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, launches and promotional campaigns.
- Manage customer feedback and help resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Social media savvy and able to create & promote new store products & sales promotions.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products in store to provide appropriate advice and recommendations to match customers’ needs.
- Actively inform customers of any in store promotions to encourage and/or increase purchases.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure proper care of products/goods, fixtures and fittings within the store as well as cleanliness and tidiness of store.
- Implement and uphold loss prevention measures to prevent theft and fraud.
