This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer focused Retail Manager to join our ever growing and well-loved family business.
About the Role
The primary role of the Retail Manager is to lead and manage employees, working alongside the Managing Pharmacist. In addition, you are also responsible for:
Coordinating staff recruitment
Coordinating staff training and development activities
Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
Assisting with customer service queries
Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed
Maintaining workplace Occupational Health and Safety
