About the Role
We are seeking a business savvy retail expert to come join our dynamic team.
Initially the role will be approximately 15 hours per week which we predict will increase as the business grows even further within the coming months.
Our group of shops expand from Bli Bli to Caloundra on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
The role will be a split role 50% working in one of our retail stores and 50% visiting and assisting our other stores, ensuring all staff are trained and up to date with the company policies and procedures and work with the Management Team ensuring we deliver the best possible service experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally and effectively with adults and children.
- Serve customers in the uniform shop, conduct uniform fittings and process sales through our POS system.
- Frequently visit our stores, provide guidance and training to Retail Assistants in those stores, and report to management.
- Receive stock, replenish stock in the shop and process online orders.
- Reconcile daily sales and bank cash takings.
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Visit other stores and assist in training and development within our retail improvement program.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Well organised and good attention to detail.
- Previous retail experience essential
- Basic computer skills, Microsoft and Excel
- A Police check and Working with Children check will be required before commencing but we will help obtain this with the successful applicant.
- Current driver's license and vehicle required.
