Your opportunity
Working within BrandSpace Retail, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth and meeting individual sales targets using a strategic and consultative client management approach. Acting as a crucial link between Centre Management, Leasing and BrandSpace teams.
- Consistently demonstrate the core capabilities of a high-performing Sales Executive through a resilient and agile approach to territory management and target achievement
- Develop a comprehensive business strategy to guarantee the achievement of Net Operating Income (NOI) targets
- Establish direct relationships with identified retailers and regularly meet to generate tailored solutions that solve their business objectives and drive sales revenue growth and long-term success within our environment
- Nurture your clients to ensure their needs are met and that their business grows over time, applying a customer-centric approach to business planning and client engagement
- Report regularly on territory pipeline health including new business, 3:1 coverage and key pipeline movements
- Accountable for driving sales revenue, removing any blocks and leading negotiations to win all opportunities
What will set you apart from the rest?
- 5+ years experience in a Retail sales, brand marketing or Kiosk Leasing role
- Advanced territory management skills including territory planning, preparation and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of the media and advertising market and competitor offering
- Strong understanding of Retail business operations and performance metrics
- Thorough understanding of sales process including proactive pipeline development, follow up and post campaign reporting
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tool, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
