On Offer:Based in Lilyfield, NSWFull-time, permanent opportunityWFH/Hybrid on certain daysExcellent Base Salary plus SuperSalary packaging options (up to $15,899 tax free!!)Meals and entertainment allowance of up to $2,650!!Leave loading at 17.5%Stride Rewards – access to discounts from 100s of retailers (fashion, food and fitness)One paid wellbeing leave day per yearPurchase up to 5 additional leave days in a 12-month periodFlexible supportive team environmentExcellent training & development Role Overview:This role is responsible for accounting for all fee-for-service revenue within Stride, with a focus on compliance and maximising revenue for the organisation;Responsible for tracking and reporting NDIS and other fee-for-service revenue within Stride, including financial analysis, reporting and revenue forecastingEnsure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including NDIS financial regulations and reporting requirements, and participate in NDIS or financial audits as requiredPreparation of financial statements and reports, including data analysis to provide insight and recommendations to management for improved claims and funds managementReview and improve Stride’s internal billing and claims systems, including implementation and maintenance of new business processes where required, to facilitate transparent, accountable and compliant financial managementWork collaboratively across Stride’s services to support claims efficiencyEnsure reporting is completed in an efficient and timely mannerResponsible for team and workflow management within the NDIS revenue support team Requirements:Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience with a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role) and strong knowledge of financial accounting and accounting principlesStrong knowledge of relevant NDIS financial regulations, guidelines and compliance requirements, and experience in reviewing, modelling and analysing financial dataPreferred experience in other health-related billing systems eg MBSStrong interpersonal and written communication skills, and experience collaborating with all levels of internal and external stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent analytical and problem solving skillsYou will thrive in a team environment, love what Stride does and will be strongly motivated by contributing to our organisations' outcomes.Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a WWCCMust hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance Vaccination against COVID-19 is a requirement for all positions and is in accordance with Stride policy.
