Role: As a key member of the Protective Services Operations Team, you will be responsible for the coordination of all aspects of service delivery at client sites. Your primary functions will include;
ROSTERING - use your organisational skills to roster security personnel across various client sites
Communicate rosters to security personnel
Data entry of rosters and other information into a purpose build rostering system
Back-fill cancelled shifts
Communicate rosters to internal and external stakeholders such as management and clients
Compliance - checking that rostered personnel meet compliance requirements
Provide great customer service via telephone or virtually, showing off your great communication skills and outgoing personality
