Rostering Coordinator

As JRM's bookings grow, we are looking for additional Rostering Coordinators to join the team.
About The Role:
You will be joining the growing Temp Division, where you will be allocating casual shifts for staff across a large pool of premium clients. Duties will include:

• Using our powerful booking system to manage shifts
• Communicating clearly with staff and clients via phone calls, SMS and emails
• Ensuring shifts are filled with staff best suited to each role
• Resolving booking conflicts and feedback from staff and clients
• Reporting to the JRM Management Team
• Working in JRM's Head Office
  • Monday-Friday 08:30am-05.30pm

As part of the Temp Team, you will be the first point of contact for clients and staff looking to book shifts.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
You will be trained how to use our booking system and in our processes, but the following skills or experience will help you in this role:

• Knowledge and passion for the Hospitality Industry
• Rostering and management of casual staff
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures such as Industry Awards
• High level of communication skills and customer service

This is a specialised role, so we are happy to train the right person on the skills.
