About the role
This is a permanent opportunity to join Bene Aged Care’s Rostering team as a Rostering Officer part-time (approx. 0.6 FTE) at St. Agnes Residential Aged Care facility.
Your part in Bene Aged Care
- Coordinate the rostering of new employees regarding induction and buddy shifts by the Policy and direction given.
- Daily roster management by amending to accommodate changes.
- Ensures fortnightly roster projections, distribution and publishing
- Planned and unplanned leave processing and the associated general administration
- Auditing staff timesheets for payroll processing
- Exceptional customer service, along with a friendly and confident phone manner.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Use software relevant to rostering duties and written communication.

Essential
- Minimum 3 COVID-19 vaccinations and seasonal influenza vaccination
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- Current National Police Certificate
