About the role:
Nexar Group is looking to add to our great team of Rostering and Operations team members. This role would be the perfect next step for a person who has some industry experience within the sector. A person who has great admin skills, communication skills and a focus on getting the job done!
The ideal candidate will have the desire to succeed and progress while contributing to the company's long-term success. We're on the lookout for our next future leaders willing to further a career in Security Operations.
Duties:
- Day-to-day operations of rostering, timesheets and delivery of site coverage.
- Working as part of the team regarding onboarding, policy, and procedures.
- Maintain and manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Issue employment contracts and compliance information.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Maintain 24-hour Operations as part of the team!
Requirements:
- Experience in Admin, Recruitment & Team Supervisor positions
- Experience in a similar field (highly desirable)
- Flexible working options available
- Available for up to 5 days a week including weekend.
- Good customer and client service skills
- Ability to Liase with Internal and External Partners
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills a must.
- Great at problem solving.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
