Our Rostering team play a crucial role in ensuring effective rostering and scheduling of support workers to meet the needs of participants in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
The Rostering team are responsible for maintaining accurate rosters, coordinating shifts, and optimising the allocation of support workers to ensure efficient service delivery and participant satisfaction.
Duties include:
- Developing and maintaining staffing rosters
- Rostering in accordance with applicable Awards and organisational policy
- Capturing and recording client and staff changes in a timely manner
- Oncall/remote response component
- Ensure appropriate notification and communication of roster changes to Support Workers
- Accurately recording leave in the leave register
- Collaborating with management to address any scheduling conflicts, participant-specific requirements, or emerging issues

- Provide high quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated high level of computer literacy and experience working with client database programs
- Ability to collaborate with others, provide and accept advice and assistance from colleagues to meet common goals
- Demonstrated highly developed written and verbal communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Creative and effective problem solving skills
