What’s the Gig?
As our new Sales and Enrolment Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales and enrolment processes. You’ll help boost our business growth by coordinating sales inquiries and class scheduling while ensuring our customers have a top-notch experience from start to finish.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):
- Scheduling, coordinating and assisting in organising training events, including venue selection/ hire, equipment and travel arrangements.
- Providing project support, coordination and management of external training events and trainer mobilisation to the site.
- Liaising with business areas regarding training queries, face-to-face, via phone calls and via email
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Providing a broad range of high-level admin services, including word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence and templates, plus the control and management of training documentation.
What You Bring to the Party:
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in education or training.
- Passion for education and understanding of professional development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and results-driven approach with creative thinking.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with the team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other software applications.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Certificate III in Business or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or the drive to get it. We will sponsor you!
