As an RTO Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for the logistical management of programs including customer service, program support and student data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Process student enrolments
- Attend and host information sessions
- Program management
- Scheduling and coordinating classroom training
- Prepare learning and assessment material (as required)
- Maintaining relationships with all stakeholders including local employers, students and Training Services team
- Prepare reports on program outcomes, achievements and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Experience in the vocational education and training sector (desirable)
- Previous experience in the management of a student database such as VETtrak (desirable)
- Certificate III in Business or equivalent (desirable)
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
