As Training Manager, you will:

- Oversee all aspects of training: From classroom and workplace-based training to compliance, you'll have your finger on the pulse of training delivery related operations.

- Travel between our four campuses.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a proven track record: You possess extensive experience in training management, ideally within an RTO environment.
- Experience with using a Student Management System (VetTrak or similar), and other training related systems.
- Is a natural leader: You inspire confidence and can build strong relationships with your team.
- Is a strategic thinker: You can see the big picture and devise innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Is a passionate educator: You are driven by a desire to help others learn and grow professionally.
