Role Overview: As the Business Manager for Stark Training, you will play a key role in continuous development of the company along with the running of day-to-day activities. Your responsibilities will vary, ensuring each day brings a unique set of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and implement strategies to foster business growth.
- Maintain compliance by diligently reporting as per Registered Training Organisation guidelines.
- Regularly update and ensure the validity of all operational procedures.
- Oversee the coordination and execution of all courses offered by the RTO.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Fulfill administrative duties efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate experience in administrative roles and management positions.
- Previous exposure to Registered Training Organisation’s is advantageous but not mandatory.
