The role of the Quality Assurance Officer plays an important part in supporting our Team to be successful in a safe work environment.
About the role:
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting Merriwa through continuous safety improvement. You will support the Safety Manager to undertake safety assurance activities to ensure Merriwa employees are following safe systems of work. This will be achieved through collaboration and team work, of which are your greatest attributes!
You will be required to work with all of Merriwa’s divisions assisting the team to maintain safe systems of work, at various locations.
You will need to possess:
- Working knowledge of current Microsoft software applications
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisation and time management skills
- A curious mind and a passion for continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo mandatory checks as required.
