Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and embed the reviewed safety framework across the organisation.
- Lead the development and effective rollout of an annual wellbeing program.
- Ensure timely and considered reporting on safety and wellbeing-related matters.
- Drive workplace safety management processes and provide expert advice to the organization.
- Foster a positive and progressive culture within the Safety & Wellbeing Unit.
- Coach and develop team members, as well as leaders across the organisation, to embed a safety and wellbeing-focused culture.
- Evaluate and continuously improve safety and wellbeing management systems through appropriate audit frameworks
- Degree or Post Graduate qualification in OHS and/or a relevant management discipline.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership during change.
- Demonstrated effective decision-making skills in safety management.
