As the Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the Safety & Wellbeing Advisors, Safety Management Project Lead, and Injury Management RTW Advisor. Your role involves implementing a sustainable business partnering model across the organisation, with a focus on enhancing safety management frameworks and cultivating a positive safety culture. You will foster a progressive culture within the team, drive the development of an annual wellbeing program, and contribute to the overall success of the department. Key Responsibilities: Implement and embed the reviewed safety framework across the organisation. Lead the development and effective rollout of an annual wellbeing program. Ensure timely and considered reporting on safety and wellbeing-related matters. Drive workplace safety management processes and provide expert advice to the organization. Foster a positive and progressive culture within the Safety & Wellbeing Unit. Coach and develop team members, as well as leaders across the organisation, to embed a safety and wellbeing-focused culture. Evaluate and continuously improve safety and wellbeing management systems through appropriate audit frameworks Key Requirements: Degree or Post Graduate qualification in OHS and/or a relevant management discipline. Proven experience in team management and leadership during change. Demonstrated effective decision-making skills in safety management.
