About Us:
Established in 1997, Serenade Leather designs and produces high-quality products available in prestigious stores such as David Jones, TVSN, Peters of Kensington, Big W, P&O Cruise, Flybuy, and independent retailers worldwide.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Account Manager, your responsibilities will include travelling interstate, servicing existing clients, expanding our customer base and attending trade fairs. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven sales experience in a similar role, with a strong network and knowledge of the retail fashion industry, particularly online retailers and chain stores. Positive attitude, high motivation, attention to detail, exceptional presentation, and communication skills are essential.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Good communication skills
- Have strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- Be an effective and efficient at time management
- Sales focused & experienced with driving KPI's
- Friendly disposition & strong customer focused
