We have a rare opportunity to join our sales team as an Account Manager on our Sydney team. This role will sit across both our Home and Life channels and will report into the various sales managers.
The Account Manager will manage the day-to-day operation of our large number of partners through the creation and implementation of a strategic approach that keeps Zen at the top of the market. We are looking for someone with a passion for sales, a strategic approach and a growth mindset- if that sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
Time Split
- 60% Relationship management of existing key accounts
- 20% Assessing and approaching new business opportunities
- 20% Sales reporting
Key Skillsets
- Multi-tasking – this role demands an individual who can manage multiple accounts at any given time
- Relationships – As an Account Manager you will be the point of contact for key accounts, so fostering positive relationships with clients is imperative
- Attention to detail – Managing large deals with some of the biggest retailers in the space demands for impeccable attention to detail
- Selling – This is a sales role; you will need to be able to sell well and maintain sales targets
- Time management – Zen is a multi-faceted business so at times you will be required to develop, manage, and delegate tasks accordingly
