The Role
As R-Group continues to welcome new clients and evolve our service offerings we are now looking to fill a new role supporting the business as a Sales Administrator.
This is an opportunity to join an outstanding team of professionals based in Technology Park, Bentley. You will be responsible for helping to generate meaningful reports for our customers, support the development of sales proposals and help to build upon our great relationships with current clients.
Our clients are across a breadth of industries and of all sizes with various ICT projects in the pipeline at any one time. We offer managed ICT services, unified communications and IPTV services enabling people to connect with each other, to businesses, and to the information they need. Who We Are Looking For
Customer service fanatics! Sales Administrator Responsibilities
- Working closely to support the account management team.
- Development of monthly service reports for customers.
- Assistance with the development of client proposals.
- Ensure accurate information is updated within our customer relationship management system.
- Help to renew client contracts.
- Contributing to the success of the Sales Team and to R-Group overall.
- Participating in relevant professional development events and training.
To be successful as an R-Group Sales Administrator you must have:
- A keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Capacity to work to deadlines.
- Very sound organisational skills.
- Willingness and ability to learn about our clients along with new and changing technology solutions.
- An ability to bring people together to solve challenges.
And it's helpful, but not critical if you have*:
- A general understanding and knowledge of computer software and applications.
- Prior experience in sales or data entry.
*Whilst technology knowledge and sales experience are a bonus, R-Group believes in developing the right candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and an appetite for professional growth.
