The Opportunity….
This phone-based role is in the heart of Brisbane CBD (office) 2 days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday) and work from home 3 days. You will be processing and finalising orders for our Novated Lease customers, assisting them through their settlement process.
The role
You will be responsible for all aspects of credit approval, generating car lease documents and checking files. You will also be a single point of contact for the novated leasing clients in your portfolio throughout the finalisation of their novated lease, providing them with feedback and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document checks and compliance checks
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Liaising with clients and third parties to arrange settlement
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills in (Outlook, Word, Excel and Database/s)
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of tasks, information and activities and show high level attention to detail
