Tasks will include:
• Assisting with the creation of marketing materials
• Providing administrative support to our sales agents
• Preparation of Form 6 documents
• Preparation of a range of contract types
• Assist with administration of listings
Skills & Experience:
• Must hold a valid registration certificate and QLD drivers license
• Real Estate Sales Administration experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
• The ability to work proactively and independently
• Ability to multi-task and work in a calm and timely manner under deadlines
