Tasks will include:
• Working with the CRM system
• Coordinating and attending photoshoots, floor plans, building and pest inspections and valuations
• Liaising with vendors, purchasers and solicitors
• Diary, e-mail & appointment management
• Database management & client care
• Assisting with the creation of marketing materials
• Attending Open Homes held on weekends
• Ad hoc administration duties
Skills & Experience
• Real Estate Sales Administration/Personal Assistant experience favoured but not a necessity
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
• The ability to work proactively and independently
• Ability to multi-task and work in a calm and timely manner under deadlines
