AddressZevesto Property Group is a successful and vibrant Real Estate business with offices in Springwood and Coorparoo. We specialise in residential property services and solutions, and we're seeking a casual Real Estate Receptionist to work from our Springwood office each Saturday between 9.00am and 2.00pm.
We have a team of straight talking salespeople and property managers striving for excellence but never at the expense of integrity, relationships, or doing what is right and just.

The position also provides candidates who may be considering a career in Real Estate, with a fantastic opportunity to find out exactly what it takes, to become a successful agent.
As our casual Receptionist, you will be the critical first point of contact for our clients on Saturday's and undertake administration tasks
You will largely be responsible for:
- Front office reception and administration
- Answering and logging calls into the office
- Sales administration including mail outs and reporting
- Database management
- Proofreading legal documents and contracts
- Property management support
- Ad hoc tasks as requested by management
The successful applicant:
- Ideally will have previous experience in reception roles
- Will have Real Estate experience or similar highly transferable skill set from another administration role
- Will have great attention to detail
- Is are driven and passionate
- Is ethical, disciplined and believes in self-development
- Is resilient and can multi-task with ease
- Is exceptionally well presented, and has a polite and positive disposition
- Is inherently intelligent and has a burning desire to succeed
- Values workplace relationships and the opportunity to mentor and be mentored
- Has the ability and is prepared to work independently and autonomously.
