The role includes (but is not limited to):
- Creating and reviewing marketing material;
- Coordinating the placement of media advertising and marketing for each property listing;
- Assisting sales and PM teams with updating online property information, adding OFI times etc;
- Supervising the quality control of branded materials;
- Ensuring timely listing of properties and adhering to marketing deadlines;
- Social media updates and managing media platforms;
- Efficiently completing sales transactions through to settlement preparation;
- Execute agency agreements and order contracts;
- Assisting the team with preparation of listing presentations, sales proposals and marketing schedules;
- Liaising with buyers, vendors and solicitors throughout the sales process;
- Database management and updating client records;
- Oversee sales file compliance to meet legislative requirements;
- Managing incoming phone calls, office guests and client walk-ins;
- Front of house office presentation and ordering of office essentials;
- Reconciling of accounts and issuing invoices;
- Managing and enhancing administrative processes as necessary.
The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Administration & Marketing Co-ordinator will have:
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong administrative skills;
- Excellent time management ability;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to proofread;
- Work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines;
- The ability to work in a paperless office;
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously;
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and general computer literacy;
- Previous real estate experience would be well regarded but not essential.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
