An exciting opportunity has become available to join this well known and highly regarded real estate franchise in the heart of Wantirna.
This position will be responsible for overseeing and conducting the Sales Administration and reception duties. Tasks include (but are not limited to)
- Basic reception - phones, meeting/greeting, maintaining stationary, cleanliness etc)
- Sales Advertising - ordering boards, brochures, uploading properties/photos via box & dice, preparing submissions and sales files, settlements, client liaison etc, sales report generation, scheduling meetings, etc
- Various other ad-hoc administration support duties
As you will be based at front of house, it is imperative you possess excellent communication skills, customer service exceptional phone manner, coupled with immaculate presentation.
This role is in a nice, small quiet office supporting four Sales Consultants. The office provides a fun and professional team environment who all support and bring out the best in each other.
As part of their fabulous ongoing team building scheme, once a month or so they close the offices and take all staff for a social ‘day out’ (usually on a Friday). People and culture are most important to them so this initiative ensures their people stay connected and united at work, and away from work.
Experience in Real Estate reception and/or Sales Administration would be highly regarded to ensure your success.
This role is Monday to Friday only, and hours 9-5pm!
