About the role
WorkPac are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to work for a local company in Welshpool. In this role you will be responsible for providing Administrative Support for the Operational and Sales Business areas and also ensuring Customers requests are processed and delivered on time.
Additional Key Responsibilities
Creating BOMâs and Routes and then producing all documentation for the factory orders.
Assist in purchasing requirements and conform to all Work instructions, Raising, Expediting and closure of P/Oâs.
Responsible for maintaining quality documentation, collate/update/record and create FWO packs for jobs and close out Factory orders
Forms â updating and printing for factory
Training â admin updates, prep for training (maintain register)
Ensures efficient operation of production flows and coordination of all associated documentation at commencement and closure of customer orders.
Manage the processing of customer purchase orders
Provide timely feedback of any delays in process flow too relevant sales and operational stakeholders.
Provide appropriate and timely reports to allow tracking, monitoring and enhancement of sales and delivery performance.
