Sales Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our team. Reporting to our WA Sales Manager, you’ll be working both independently and as part of a team.
  
Key responsibilities:

• Provide administration support to the team which includes checking our WA email address and customer purchase portals for sales orders and enquiries from internal and external clients
• Raise purchase orders, sales orders and internal jobs using Epicor
• Be a good team worker who will look for opportunities to streamline processes
• Establish and maintain procedures to meet the needs of our clients 

About you:

• Strong experience in administration
• Ideally knowledge of using Epicor
• Self-driven, results orientated, clear focus on high quality outcomes and strong attention to detail
• Mature and comfortable dealing with internal and external customers with the ability to produce quality results under pressure
• Enjoy working in a team environment that values knowledge and sharing information
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft office with the ability to learn internal software programs
