Ray White is seeking a dedicated, expirenced Sales Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The hours would be: Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm & a rotating roster on Saturday's 9am - 12pm.
Duties & tasks:
- Providing administrative support to our sales agents
- Preparation of Form 6 documents
- Respond to incoming email enquiries
- Preparation of a range of contract types
- Manage auction campaigns
- Upkeep of real estate portals
- Handle market & property submissions
- Prepare marketing budgets, brochures, and marketing material
- End-to-end administration support
Experience & requirements:
- Must have a minumum of 1 year prior sales administrative experience
- Current QLD Sales Registration certificate/licence is advantageous, though non-essential
- Exceptional computer skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under time-pressure to meet strict deadlines
