The Role
In this dynamic position, expect each day to present fresh challenges and opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to a high-performing Principal and their team, in collaboration with another Senior Administrator
- Crafting and executing sales campaigns within specified timelines
- Generating PO Form 6's, Contracts, Commercial Tenancy Agreements, Information Memorandums, and Vendor Reports
- Interacting with clients, solicitors, and other professional consultants
- Coordinating property marketing activities with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring effective communication between the team, clients, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Handling enquiries promptly and efficiently
- Overseeing Contracts Administration from offer through to settlement
- Previous experience in real estate administration
- Preferably familiar with Ray White operations
- Ability to remain adaptable and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Current Real Estate Salesperson Registration required
