- Coordinating new listings and CRM management
- Preparing advertising
- Preparing offer packs
- Buyer and Seller liaison as required
- Liaising with settlement agents
- Processing sales files from listing to settlement
The Candidate: - Previous experience in sales administration in real estate
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail & time management
- Possess a strong work ethic & desire to be the best support network
