About the role:
A new opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the team in a full-time capacity to support the Sales Consultants, onsite at our new site project in Pelican Waters, Qld.
This is a brilliant opportunity for you - a person who has genuine interest in selling homes. You are naturally known to be a strong communicator and your customer services skills are outstanding.
You will be an expert in managing multiple tasks effortlessly, anticipating next steps, using your initiative and provide 5-star customer service.
As the Sales Administrator, you will be working Monday - Friday 38 hours week to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Sales Office.
Responsibilities:-
- Meet and greet potential and existing purchasers;
- Provide information on the project and local services and amenities;
- Collect detail of all potential purchasers for database registration;
- Ensure Sales Office is consistently neat, tidy and organised;
- Assist Sales Consultant with producing weekly reports;
- Ad hoc tasks as required.
Ideally you will have:-
- At least 3 years' experience in an administrative role;
- Outstanding organisational abilities, and able to multi task;
- Excellent skills on Publisher, Word, Excel & Outlook;
- The ability to work as part of a close knit team and be flexible with duties;
- Attention to detail;
- A high standard of personal presentation, and professional conduct;
- A white card (General Safety Induction), or be willing to get one;
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
