Our client is a leading manufacturer of mining fixed plant equipment specialising in conveyor systems. They are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team based in Rockingham.
Details:
Location: Rockingham
Rate of pay: $35/hr
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
About the Role:
This position will see you involved in all steps of the sales process, including the following, but not limited to;
- Provide administrative support to Sales Team
- Request for quotation
- Sending out PO’s
- Invoicing and maintain financial spreadsheets
To be Successful:
To be successful you will possess the following:
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
- Drivers licence and car to get to and from work
- Ability to pass medical and drug & alcohol screen
