As a Sales Administrator you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of pricing strategies and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. You will also be involved in the end-to-end invoicing of Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare accurate daily pricing for the Sales Team and implement and maintain customer pricing.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone calls and emails.
- Manage customer accounts, including new setups and handling queries/complaints.
- Handle customer limits, orders, invoicing, and collections coordination.
- Coordinate delivery and scheduling, communicating with supply chain and carriers.
- Proven track record in administration and customer service.
- Invoicing experience.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
