About the role
We are looking for an outstanding Sales/Admin person to join our friendly team. Someone who is passionate about helping others, able to connect and confidently interact with our customers. This is a diverse role combining inventory, purchasing and sales administration in a busy parts business located in Kingaroy Qld.
We may sell parts, but we are really in the customer service industry.
What you would do in this role
- Welcome customers into our busy store and help serve customers
- Assist with inbound Email and telephone sales enquiries
- Work with our branch manager and warehouse team to complete stock audits and inventory management
- General administration and housekeeping (including OH&S)
- Help order and manage parts, co-ordinating cyclic stock counts and stock clearances and specials
- Processing and following up overdue purchase and customer orders
- Work with our Head Office team in Brisbane to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the branch
- A highly organised administrator with a strong eye for detail
- Proficient with computer technology and systems – we will train you on our internal software and systems but you must have good to above average computer skills
- A positive and optimistic attitude
- A great customer service attitude. We may sell parts, but we are really in the customer service industry.
- A high level of initiative to support your team members and customers – no job is too big or too small
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is desirable
- Experience in a trades environment will get you off to a flying start, but it is not essential if you’re passionate about learning our industry and product range
