Our client often tenders for projects and is successful in their attempts, this position will provide support to the sales department of their projects! Responsibilities include:Assisting with customer queries over the phone and via email by providing solutions to queries where possible or directing them to the most appropriate sales consultant. Communicating with project sites
Ensuring stock is available
Keeping the CRM updated (training will be provided).Provide support to the team on quoting, invoicing, and order processing as well as liaising across departments to ensure all required information is available.Following up tenders and assist with all things customer and sales admin related
